All uses of the Wisconsin Association of Health Plans (WAHP) websites, mobile application or other electronic platforms are subject to these Terms of Use.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the WAHP website. By accessing or using the WAHP websites, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, as well as our Website Privacy Statement and Notice of Privacy Practices, which are by reference hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use. Wisconsin Association of Health Plans may revise and update these Terms of Use with or without notice at any time. Your continued use means that you accept and agree to the revised Terms of Use. By using the website, you acknowledge and agree that your activity is subject to monitoring by WAHP, and that we may use the results of such monitoring, subject to applicable law. In addition, at any time, we may change, remove or add content available through the Wisconsin Association of Health Plans. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using all parts of the website.
